How to bake your own bread?
The Bread Baking Workshop is given with a no-knead method. This does not mean endless kneading, but giving the dough time to ripen, folding it over occasionally. We use yeast as a raising agent. We pay a lot of attention to shaping the bread.
We make breads from savory to sweet: floor loaves, baguettes, ciabatta, foccacia and filled loaves. Afterwards we sit down for a delicious lunch to taste the results fresh from the oven.
Minimum 2 participants, maximum 4.
Costs for 2 people including lunch: € 145 pp
