Our Philosphy and Products

Everything becomes beautiful with attention How we work and what we make: After more than 4 years on Texel, we have developed into a company that specializes in small intimate dinners at home with many local and seasonal products. The small scale of our work has become our strength. This also applies to our cooking workshops that will hopefully start again from September 2021 for 2 to 4 people. We love the local products, know the suppliers and small producers of the island. We have discovered the beautiful landscapes and nature here much more, wild picking is part of our new knowledge and possibilities and we grow vegetables in the garden. A lot of time and study has been invested in developing our own products. We make Texel ingredients, delicious jams and jellies, but also chutneys, vinegars and oils for our Cook at Home and Catering activities. Some of these are also for sale from our cargo bike in front of the house. The jams and jellies are of course served at breakfast in our Bed & Breakfast. For guests there is now also the possibility to order a takeout menu once during their stay. Our B&B is loved for its privacy and the original details of the old Rectory.
