Want the feeling of dining out, but at home? Whether it's for two, the whole family, or a family, Pastorie De Waal on Texel is happy to cater your dinner. As a Chef at Home, we'll take care of everything for you. Carefully prepared and in consultation with you, Chef Wessel Holleman will finish your dinner at your home. You'll help decide the menu for a four-course or more course meal in consultation with Wessel. We also cater to vegetarian and vegan diners.
Wessel cooks in an honest, simple way: using fresh, natural ingredients, organic and local whenever possible. If we can accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, that's no problem at all.
"Chef at Home" means Wessel prepares the dishes in our kitchen and finishes them at your home, plating them there. He brings the dishes and cutlery, which you take back with you after use. You'll have complete peace of mind.
You can also opt for a "dinner box." We'll take care of the mise en place in our own kitchen and then deliver the dinner to your home in a cool box, arranged by course and accompanied by clear, simple instructions. You can then add the finishing touches yourself in just a few steps, allowing you to enjoy a delicious dinner in complete privacy.
We also provide buffets, walking dinners, and wedding catering, also for larger groups and special occasions.
